You need ZERO experience with CrossFit or fitness in general to start with us.

We work on all general physical skills to improve your fitness in the gym as well as your ability to complete daily tasks outside of the gym. Whether your reasons for getting into the gym are to simply become more healthy, lose weight, increase flexibility, rehab an injury, build muscle, get ready for a hunt or a race, or to become a competitive athlete, we got you covered.

No experience? No problem. Every time you come in to the gym you will have a professional coach that is helping you every step of the way. All you have to do is show up in athletic clothing and bring a water bottle - we take care of the rest.

PRE EXISTING INJURIES / LIMITATIONS - this is a big one. One of the things that keeps people out of the gym is a past injury that still bugs them and they are not feeling 100%. I promise you - you are not alone. I would say that roughly 90% of the people that walk in to our door for the first time have something that is currently limiting them. This is our job - we are professionals. I guarantee you we can work around any injury or limitation to effectively improve your health and fitness. We have worked with people that have had knee replacements, spinal surgeries, rotator cuff tears, bulged discs, arthritis - you name it we have seen it and can still help you!!!

One of the biggest selling points for our gym is our Community. When you come to class you will be there with other people that have the same drive to improve their fitness as you do. Simply put, everything is better with friends. We have lots of people that started out skeptical about group fitness, but once you experience the camaraderie and atmosphere of one of our classes, you will be hooked!
